How do ITMs work?
ITMs work the same as ATMs but with additional functions. They also offer the option to connect with a live representative during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm). To learn more about how ITMs work, check out the videos below!
What can an ITM do?

* You do not need an ATM or Debit Card during Live Support, Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., to process your transactions; however, if we do not have your ID on file, you will need a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID.
ITMs cannot disburse cashier’s checks, money orders, or coins.
Members will need to visit Member Service Representatives lobby during business hours for these types of transactions. Or you can use our free and convenient bill payment service available 24/7 with any TBACU checking account.
